MP Insurance Brokers Sdn. Bhd. was established and has been in operation since May 1976. The company is managed by a team of professionals with proven credibility and track record in the successful delivery of quality services to our clients. Being a recognized professional and reputable broker, we have access to local and international insurance markets which ensures that we have means to secure the most competitive insurance programmers for our clients.

Our Strengths


Ms. Saw Kheng Lay

Chief Executive Officer / Director

Saw Kheng Lay has extensive experience within the insurance industry and has held senior positions in international companies.


After graduating from a major British University with a Master Degree in Marketing, Kheng Lay joined Sun Alliance in Malaysia and thereafter Marsh Brokers (M) Sdn. Bhd. Her experience includes handling multinationals from the Fortune 500 and 100 category, Malaysian corporates ranging from the field of manufacturing, electronics, semiconductors, hotels, financial institution, stock exchange and central depository.


In addition, her professional qualification include associate membership with the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK), the Malaysian Insurance Institute and the Australian Insurance Institute. She also has substantial experience in handling privatization projects, together with project teams consisting of legal, financial and technical advisors to structure risk management and allocation programmes.

Ms. Pearly Yong


After graduating with a B.Sc in Acturial Science, Pearly joined AON Insurance Brokers in 2009 to manage a portfolio of clients with their risk management and insurance programmes.


Her experience includes the handling of risk profiles in the commercial and industrial sector comprising hotels, complexes, resorts, manufacturing and  construction industry.

En. A Aziz Bin Mohd Nor

Chief  Operating Officer

Aziz started his career as an underwriter in a large Malaysian insurer and subsequently moved to marketing and client management in various senior positions in other insurance companies and brokerage firms. His extensive experience culminates to 33 years in the insurance industry handling  portfolios of multi-nationals and large Malaysian corporates in Oil & Gas industry, Manufacturing &  Service Industry and large  Construction  Projects. His role  encompasses  risk  management and consultation, designing, negotiation & placement of  insurance.

Ms. Chong Eva

Senior  Manager, Broking and Client  Service

Eva started her career in the insurance industry with Great Eastern Life and thereafter with Aetna Universal, now known as ING Insurance Bhd.


She joined Marsh Insurance Brokers and was instrumental in forming the Employee Benefits Division.


Her vast experience include handling multinational clients in the development of cost effective programmers, providing benchmarks on insured benefits and medical cost analysis and solutions. Eva holds a Diploma in Life Insurance from the Malaysian Insurance Institute.

Mr. Wong Youn Fatt

General Manager

Youn Fatt started his insurance broking career with LCB Insurance Brokers Sdn. Bhd. (a member of the Lion Group of Companies) in 1992.


He joined Marsh Insurance Brokers in 1999 and later joined Aon Insurance Brokers in 2001, thus further enriching his experience in handling the different segments of the insurance portfolio.


During his years of service, he manages global programmers for multinational companies as well as for local corporate clients. He is also responsible for developing local business especially in the specialty fields of Trade Credit Insurance, Marine Hull & Machinery, Protection and Indemnity Insurance and Project Insurance.

En. Shariffuddin Bin Salehuddin

Senior  Manager

Shariffuddin graduated from Universiti Teknologi MARA(UiTM)  with a Diploma in Public Administration and joined a leading   insurance  broker in 1997. He heads a dedicated team of insurance professionals in developing and   managing insurance portfolios of various large Malaysian corporate and multi-national clients. He has been in the industry for over 15 years and well versed with the delivery of professional broking services encompassing risk management and consultation, designing, negotiation & placement of insurance programmes to claims management.

Ms. Lee Yoke  Pheng, Wendy

General Manager

Wendy has extensive experience with insurance broking as she started with an affiliate of Bowring’s London in Malaysia in 1982.


Her experience embraces the delivery of the full spectrum of services of risk management and consultation, designing, negotiation & placement of insurance programmes to claims management for her portfolio of clients in the Manufacturing & Service industry, Oil & Gas industry & large projects.

Mr. David Lee Kok Soon

Senior  Manager, Business Development

David graduated from Monash University, Australia in the early 80’s and brings with him a wealth of over 30 years experience in the insurance industry with both insurers and insurance brokers.


He specialises in developing Affinity programs for corporate clients with large member bases and have also worked to develop insurance programmes for Sime Darby Group.

En. Khairul Isham  Bin Mat Yusoff

Senior  Manager

Khairul has over 18 years of  experience in the insurance  industry after graduating from Univeristy Teknologi MARA UiTM) with a Diploma in Business Studies.


He joined a leading insurance broker in 1997 and has a broad knowledge base of handling client servicing and claims management.
